Barry L. Duncan, Psy.D.’s work in consumer rights and client feedback led to his partnering with Dr. Scott Miller in developing the Partners for Change Outcome Management System (PCOMS), which has been implemented across the US and Canada, as well as in 20 countries that include national implementation in couple and family centers in Norway. PCOMS is included in SAMHSA’s National Registry of Evidence-based Programs and Practices.
